📝 1. Booking & Registration Procedure

To secure your seat on any of our upcoming tours, please follow our standard registration process:

• Advance Payment: A 50% advance deposit is required at least 2 days before the departure date.
• Final Payment: The remaining 50% balance must be cleared at the time of departure.
• Documentation: All participants must carry a Valid Original CNIC or Passport. For students, a University ID is mandatory for checkposts.
• Booking Channels: Send your payment receipt along with participant names and CNIC numbers to our official WhatsApp: 0313-4335685.

💰 2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both the traveler and our logistics team:

• 10 Days or More Before Departure: 50% refund of the advance amount.
• 7 Days Before Departure: 30% refund of the advance amount.
• Less than 7 Days Before Departure: No refund will be provided.

👨‍👩‍👧 3. Universal Child Policy

Hafiz Travels is proud to be a family-friendly tour operator. Our standard rates for children are:

• Under 4 Years: Free of charge (Child will travel on a lap or folding seat if available).
• 4 to 8 Years: 50% charges apply (Child will be provided a jumper/folding seat).
• Above 8 Years: Full adult charges apply.

💺 4. Seat Arrangement Policy

For the convenience of all passengers, seats are allotted by the tour management before departure.

• Shuffling: To ensure fairness, seats may be shuffled during the tour.
• Special Requests: If you require a specific seat (e.g., front row), an additional charge of Rs. 1,000 per seat per day will apply.

🛡️ 5. Safety, Conduct & Ethics

We maintain a high standard of moral and character conduct on all our trips:

• Respectful Environment: Every participant must treat fellow travelers and organizers with respect.
• Female Safety: We maintain a strictly safe and respectful environment for female travelers and families.
• Prohibited Items: The use or possession of drugs and alcohol is strictly prohibited on all tours.
• Authority: Members must respect the decisions and authority of the Tour Organizer/Guide at all times.

⚠️ 6. Important Disclaimers (Force Majeure)

• Plan Alterations: Hafiz Travels reserves the right to change or alter the itinerary due to weather conditions, road blocks, land sliding, or political reasons.
• Extra Expenses: Any additional costs arising from delays (weather, landslides, etc.) are the responsibility of the participant.
• Liability: We provide basic first aid; however, the company is not responsible for personal insurance, rescue operations, or serious medical emergencies.
